This week I put on 0.8lbs. I am actually really happy about this as like I said last blog, I did decide to do ADF without counting cals on feed days (which I will do when I get to goal and probably a few times before then) but it has shown that I should stick to the counting for a bit the now.
Today’s food diary is;
Breakfast - Oat so simple, skimmed milk & large banana
Lunch - 3xeggs, Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, 2xweight watchers bread & chilli mayo and muller light lemon greek yogurt
Dinner - Hubby’s homemade lentil & bacon soup 2xhovis wholemeal bread
Snacks - Pear, options hotchocolate, tesco cola ice lolly
Exercise - 51 mins walking (it did start as jog but tbh I walked half of it so put this down at the moment.
Total burned: 386cals Total eaten: 1317 (I calculated on feed days I could have up to 2100 to lose 2lbs but it differs everyday
)
The run today…Well the half marathon isn’t too far away and to say I am bricking it is an understatement – I know I have done the distance before and I know I can do it again. I just need to get my speed up and more importantly, my mojo back. It was a good sign though going out on a Sunday morning that I have *some* kind of mojo back and that I am willing to work at this. I know that it will be long hard slog but I really want to be getting up to my potential. I also know that it will take a wee while and that when the last 3st come off I will be a lot faster. My body must be under some amount of pressure lugging all the weight around and I don’t want it any more.

So as we can see not the best run ever. But fired up and determined. I see so many people wallowing in self pitty. And I was one of them. Not any more! I done this to my body. Ok, I’ve come a long way but still had a bit to go and I WILL GET THERE!!!!!!
Until another day
Also…few things I have learnt from the run today….
1. I need to drink more fluid on fast days (yesterday)
2. I need to drink more fluid before I go out
3. Possibly change to lighter jacket (dependent on weather of course)
4. Trial my old shoes as the new ones I got seem to hurt my ankle…just going to keep wee eye on that one!
So to me – that was a good run in ways
